Q: Can the Rider's Claw work on non-Harley Davidson motorcycles?
A: The Rider's Claw may fit on some other brands of bikes. Please contact us for mounting options.
Q: Any plans to create one of these for the Zune?
A: No plans as of yet, unfortunately. There is simply not enough demand, but we are keeping track of these requests and will let you know if we build a Rider’s Claw for the Zune, Motorola Droid, Blackberry or any other Phone or MP3 player.
Q: Will the mount allow you to use the audio cable to the radio AND still have room for the charging cable?
A: The Rider’s Claw will allow access to both the auxiliary port as well as the charging port. However these ports are to close together on the Nano to use them both simultaneously with many of the aftermarket charging cords.
Q: Will the Rider's Claw mount to a 1.5 or 1.25 diameter handlebar?
A: Yes. We utilize the existing pinch brackets on either the left or right side. The Rider’s Claw does not mount around your handle bars.
Q: Will this work with the iPod rubber case or any other material case?
A: No. Every Rider’s Claw is precision machined to fit the dimensional specifications of the various iPod products without any case or cover.
Q: Do you sell an iPod Nano 2nd Generation Rider's Claw?
A: Sorry. We have discontinued this item.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: Yes, we ship our Rider’s Claw worldwide. We ship free to the U.S and $12.95 outside the U.S.
Q: Do you have one mount that will fit both an iPod Nano and iPhone?
A: We have a Rider’s Claw for either one, but not one that fits both.

Q: Do you anticipate a Riders Claw for the iPhone 3G being available in Black any time?

Q: Is there a chance the Nano might come out of the mount if the bike were to hit a rough section of road?
A: Gravity and the auxiliary cord will keep your Nano safely secure over any rough road. We've been riding with ours for 3 years and it’s never even moved over any rough spots in the road.

Q: I like my Rider's Claw, but I just hate using my iPhone. Can I return my mount and exchange it for the 4th Generation iPod Nano mount?

Q: I see that you do not have a holder for the ipod classic because of the hard drive, but you have one for the iphone. It was my understanding the iPhone has a hard drive as well. Have I been mislead?
